*With new laws and restrictions being passed all the time some countries may be unavailable for a short amount of time or indefinitely depending on the countries restrictions, unfortunately this is out of my control.
- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
I usually ship out orders in batches once a week. Once shipped, Domestic orders (USA) usually take around 3-5 business days to arrive. International orders can take 2-6 weeks to arrive depending on your country. Please be patient with me and the postal service since some packages are taking longer than expected at this time, but please feel free to reach out if you believe your package was lost and we can figure out a solution!
*Please keep in mind that if the item is preorder it and any other items with it in the order won't ship out until the preorder item is available. Please check the listing and/or item title for an ETA on shipping, thanks!
- Do accept exchanges/returns?
I will accept returns on a case by case basis if the item was damaged on its way to you (photo proof required) or if the item sent to you is incorrect.
If the address you submitted is incorrect and your package is returned to me I will have to ask that you pay additional shipping for me to resend it, thanks for your understanding!
No refunds unless your item has been damaged (photo proof required) or the item you purchased is out of stock. Once your order is shipped I can no longer issue a refund, even if you no longer want the item. Email communication is required before any refund will be issued, let me know what the issue is first so we can solve it together! Any chargebacks or disputes without prior communincation will result in a store ban and you will no longer be able to purchase items from wilddaggers.com. Please understand that this is a small business and that will not be tolerated.
